This is the quintessential variety of peonies. Sarah Bernhardt is popular and is the most well-known cut-flower peony. The gorgeous large double blooms are light pink and occasionally have raspberry flecks. In time the plant is generous with the number of flowers it will produce at maturity. It is one of the latest varieties to flower (there are early, mid and late bloomers) in the season and will extend your flowering time in the garden. The dark green foliage is robust and hardy. The plant will grow to 80-90cm.
